Other Information: This is the first original Harvest Moon game for the PSP! The game is primarily based off of the older Harvest Moon game for the Playstation 2, Save the Homeland. Many of the characters along with the basic storyline are the same---but redone and made fresh!

Introduction:
It's basically the same storyline as Save the Homeland: your town in Leaf Valley is in two years going to be torn down and turned into a resort called Funland. You start off by inheriting the farm of your grandfather, who has recently passed away. As a young boy, need to find a way to his farm and the town. There are 16 different paths in the game that you can take to do this, as opposed to STH's 9 paths. If you're able to save Leaf Valley within two years, you'll be able to play into year 3 and beyond!

Additionally, there have been improvements---the biggest of which is probably that you can now get married! This is opposed to in STH, where you needed to start all your relationships from scratch each time you played a new path.
